April Blackman believes that by striving to acquire the most favorable results for her clients she will be restore dignity to their lives and make an indelible, positive impact on society. This maxim was the impetus for April to initially decide to become an attorney. The values gained from her life’s personal experiences have enabled her to forge a pattern of empathy for the public at large that is unparalleled in today’s business of law. With years of trial experience under her belt and incredible negotiating skills, April has been able to gain the upper hand in her battles against the “Evil Insurance Empire” and has prevailed against injustice in cases involving her specialties of law. If you are injured due to someone’s failure to pay attention, or if your employer is mistreating you and stealing your wages by not paying you properly, or if you are injured at work, or if your landlord is actually a slum lord, April and her team will spring into action to get you the compensation you deserve.
April Blackman earned her B.A. in psychology at the University of California, Riverside, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Whittier Law School in Orange County California. For many years she has vigorously and passionately represented clients in various aspects of law and is known as “a force to be reckoned with.” She is a member of various organizations including the American Bar Association, OCTLA, and CAOC. April Blackman has and will always put her best foot forward with any given task. Let her show you what she can do for you and your family.
April has acquired settlements and judgments for her clients ranging from seven figures for a dog attack on a minor child, who was attacked by a pit bull, to multiple six figures for motorists injured by reckless drivers. She has litigated against slum lords and prevailed for her employment clients, including, most recently, a class action for car wash workers whose employer stole their hard earned wages. She prides herself as a champion of the people. Her main goal is to bring justice and peace of mind to those injured by negligence, greed and outright lack of consideration of others.
